There’s always something happening in this town…er, city. Anyone who still thinks Raleigh is a sleepy, southern town, has to look no further than this past weekend’s SparkCon. In conjunction with the Street Painting Festival, this has evolved into the most eclectic collection of our creative class…young and old, pierced and tatooed, progressive and open-minded. From acrobatics to chalking to music-making this festival had something for everyone…
