A family of four needed a place that was effortlessly modern and stylish but would also stand up to the antics of two young boys. Using the homeowner’ existing furniture and accessories, Form & Function did a complete redesign of the space. Form and Function added to mix, purchasing additional decor. We layered a new wool rug over the existing, natural fiber one, added plush, custom pillows with lots of pattern to hide any dirt, and hung custom drapery. New lamps, both floor and table, add sophistication and functionality to the space. All breakables were placed on higher shelves, out of reach of little hands, and all bookshelves were styled with personal items for a livable, beautiful space that feels like home.
